Landscape service providers are struggling to attract and retain good people for a variety of reasons. In fact, this is often cited as the number one issue today across all service industries. One of the best ways to hold onto good people and to inspire them to recruit others is to provide a great working environment for them. The question is, "How?"

This highly-interactive and entertaining workshop is designed to illustrate what a dysfunctional team looks like, what a cohesive team looks like, and what steps may be taken to develop more cohesiveness in your teams. This workshop draws on principles from Patrick Lencioni's best-selling book, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, further developed by the Wiley organization, an industry-leading global provider of educational programs.

Pro-Motion Consulting is an authorized partner with Wiley and is pleased to share its extensive knowledge on this subject. Phil will be fusing together the source material with his personal experiences in the green industry.

Prior attendees have commented that this workshop was one of the best they have ever attended due to the critical nature of the topic, wealth of resources presented, key takeaways discovered, and learning which occurs in a collaborative workshop environment.
