This session will provide a deep dive into creating a process for your recruiting efforts. We will begin with the who, what, when, where and why of your recruiting efforts. Once we define the process of recruiting we will take a look on how to retain great people and what does it mean to build bench strength for the future that will allow you to grow your organization.
Presenter: Jennifer Lemcke, CEO, Weed Man USA / Turf Holdings, Inc.
Jennifer Lemcke is the CEO of Weed Man, where she is responsible for training and supporting Weed Man's 10 U.S. sub-franchisors and 308 licensed franchisees covering over 682 territories across the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, representing over $184 Million in system sales. She has been with the company for nearly 40 years, starting as a manager trainee in 1993 and working her way up to her appointment as CEO in 2020. She credits her teams' purposeful devotion to the success of the franchisees as the secret to their growth.
