Healthy & Safety

At NALP, the health and safety of our Leaders Forum attendees, partners and NALP Staff is our top priority. COVID-19 has changed every facet of our world and the way we do business, and we are mindful of the fluid situation with travel, masking, and social distancing restrictions. We are monitoring guidance from the CDC and state and local health agencies as it relates to COVID-19. We are also continually monitoring the Governor's Orders for indoor and outdoor events. If there are changes to our conference plans, we'll announce those as soon as possible.

For all attendees' safety, we strongly encourage participants to be vaccinated against COVID-19.

The Arizona Biltmore has thorough cleaning guidelines and they've implemented additional processes and procedures to ensure guests' health, safety and comfort as part of the Hilton CleanStay and Hilton EventReady programs. At every Hilton hotel and resort, guests can expect to see the following standards implemented allowing Hilton associates to provide exceptional service in a safe environment.

Face Coverings/Masks
Masks are not required at the Arizona Biltmore but they are encouraged. For the safety of all Leaders Forum attendees, masks are encouraged throughout the event.
