Hotel Rate

Ocean View Rooms are $414.00 per night single/double occupancy (subject to 16% tax + 5% lodging tax + 10% service charge). 

Room block pricing ends on Friday, January 5, 2024, or when the group rate rooms sell out, whichever occurs first.

Hotel Booking Process 

All NALP room reservations require a Leaders Forum registration. After you complete your Leaders Forum 2024 registration, you will receive a confirmation email providing you with information on how to make your hotel arrangements. NALP has a limited number of discounted rooms available for reservations at the Conrad Punta de Mita. Once you have successfully registered, please make your reservations early to take advantage of lower rates. NALP reserves the right to cancel any room reservations for individuals who reserve a room within the NALP Room Block and are NOT registered for Leaders Forum 2024. 

Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled 7 days prior to the arrival are free of charge. A one-night penalty will be applied for cancellations within 7 days of arrival.  

Deposit: The website requires a credit card to make the reservation but a deposit will not be charged.  

**NALP does not use a third-party service for hotel reservations. Once the room block officially opens, you should make your reservations directly with the hotel. If contacted by a company representing themselves as an authorized housing company for the conference, please note that NALP does not contract for such services and these companies are not affiliated with NALP or Leaders Forum 2024. If you have made arrangements through such a third party, you may wish to consider canceling those reservations and you should notify your credit card company to ensure that no unauthorized charges are lodged against your account. 

Airport Information 

Puerto Vallarta Airport (PVR) is located 45 minutes away from the Conrad Punta de Mita.  

Ground Transportation 

Licensed taxi services are available at the airport, and you can easily find them outside the terminal. The approximate cost of a taxi from PVR International airport to the Conrad is $97.00 one way. Ensure you agree on the fare with the driver before starting your journey.
 
For a pre-arranged, personalized, and comfortable ground transfer experience, NALP recommends that you book and pay for your ground transportation directly through Tropical Incentives. Please click this link to book your round-trip ground transportation. Once booked you will receive confirmation that includes the PVR International airport arrival procedures.

• Sedan: $380 USD (including taxes & gratuities). Maximum capacity of 2 people with luggage.
  
  
• Suburban: $630 USD (including taxes & gratuities). Maximum capacity of 5 people with luggage.

We encourage business casual/resort attire at Leaders Forum 2024. Please note that many of the Leaders Forum networking events will be held outdoors, so please check the forecast and plan accordingly (layers are a great idea!).
