Description
A detailed report (based off 2023 data) that provides analysis of key compensation and benefits related statistics for landscape and lawn care professionals. The results are based on confidential surveys submitted to Industry Insights, an independent professional research and analytics firm. The report is designed to allow users to easily compare compensation levels and benefit policies to other companies in the industry. In addition to data on recruiting and retention, health care costs/trends, retirement benefits, vacations/PTO and holidays; sick and other leave; and sales practices, the report contains compensation-related statistics for common job titles in the industry.
169 organizations, representing over 460 locations, participated in this study.
Purchase of the report includes:
- The 2024 Compensation & Benefits digital report.
- Excel based file containing output of all survey data points at an additional level of detail and reported by additional data aggregations.
- Searchable Results - an interactive online reporting tool that allows users to filter the compensation results by criteria of their choosing (i.e. Region, Sales Volume, Customer Type, Years with Firm etc.).
A link to access the digital report and Excel data tables will be included in the order confirmation. Instructions to obtain access to the Searchable Results online reporting tool will be sent in a separate email from Industry Insights.
