Woman Leader of the Year

The Woman Leader of the Year Award recognizes a National Association of Landscape Professional female member who has demonstrated inspirational spirit, initiative and passion toward the landscape and lawn care industry by actions and endeavors and serves as a shining example to other women in the industry. Nominations for the 2024 WLA will open in February.

Qualifications:

  • An active and engaged member of the National Association of Landscape Professionals.
  • Serves in a leadership role at a landscape or lawn care firm.
  • Considered an inspiration to other females in the industry.
