FAIRFAX, Virginia (October 18, 2022) —The National Association of Landscape Professionals has released its 2022 Compensation & Benefits Report which provides compensation and benefits-related statistics for landscape and lawn care companies. This report is presented in partnership with Aspire and is compiled from responses from 180 companies in more than 400 locations.
The newly released report is based on 2021 data supplied to independent research firm Industry Insights by landscape and lawn care companies. This digital report includes Excel data tables with regional and state-specific data. The 2022 Compensation & Benefits Report costs $399 (or $199 for NALP members).
NALP has also released the 4th Edition of the popular Pricing for the Green Industry publication authored by well-known industry consultant Frank Ross. The book includes insight into how to price landscape projects in today's economy. The publication costs $240 (or $125 for NALP members).
"It is critical to understand where your company stacks up in terms of compensation and benefits and being able to measure your company against others of similar size is extremely helpful," said NALP CEO Britt Wood. "Both the Compensation & Benefits Report and the Pricing for the Green Industry help give landscape and lawn care companies an edge in this tight market."
