Safety Award Types

  • Best of the Best (for companies that have received the Overall Safety Achievement Award–Gold for three consecutive years)
  • Overall Safety Achievement Award — GOLD, SILVER, BRONZE
  • No Vehicle Accidents
  • No Injuries or Illnesses
  • No Days Away from Work
  • Most Improved (for companies who participated the previous years)

How to Apply

It's easy. You'll provide safety data from your OSHA 300A Form and a copy of  your vehicle loss run report. Enter that information plus other basic data (number of vehicles, number of employees, hours worked, accidents, injuries/illnesses, and days away from work) into our online submission form. This information is used to determine Overall Safety Achievement award levels (Gold, Silver or Bronze). 

Your company can also receive individual awards including No Vehicle Accidents, No Injuries and Illnesses, and No Days Away from Work. Submit once and receive all the awards for which your company is eligible. And each branch can also enter separately.
