The National Association of Landscape Professionals, through its partnership with the OSHA Alliance, has created a new in-depth safety training course - the OSHA authorized Landscape Industry 10-Hour Course - designed specifically for the landscape industry. Participants will receive a 10-hour student course completion card.

The goal of the new course is to provide owners, supervisors, project managers and field employees with in-depth information on safety topics that are specific to the landscape industry. The course provides basic training on the recognition, avoidance, abatement and prevention of workplace hazards in addition to information regarding workers’ rights, employer responsibilities, and filing a complaint.
