Part I: Money Talk in the New Landscape and Lawn Care Economy
As a leader in your company, you need to know what to expect so you can make the right decisions and strategically plan for future success. Like the landscapes you plan, cultivate and grow for your clients, you know that the planning you do now impacts markets and businesses for the next five years or more. The landscape industry is growing, and the first segment of this program provides a concise, understandable economic overview of current U.S. events, updates company leaders on economic areas of concern, and recommends leadership actions that will increase profit growth.

Part II: Why Leaders Fail and the 7 Prescriptions for Success
Now that you understand the new economic landscape, it's time to master how to use this information and other key leadership data to enhance your leadership success. Do you ever wonder why some leaders succeed and some fail? Are there keys to leadership success? How does leadership affect profits? The Why Leaders Fail program is derived from surveys of over 100,000 employees who give critical insight as to what drives them and what they want out of their leaders. This data will give you unprecedented insight into why some leaders fail while others are immeasurably successful.
