Information for Hotel Reservations

NALP has negotiated hotel rates for 2023 NALP National Collegiate Landscape Competition attendees. You must make your hotel reservation through IMN Solutions. Hotel reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served, space available basis. Submit your reservation request as soon as possible to guarantee your hotel choice.

Deadline
All reservations must be received by February 20, 2023, to guarantee availability and conference rates. After this date, reservations will be made based on availability and hotels may charge higher rates.

Deposit
All reservation requests must be accompanied by a credit card guarantee for a deposit of one night’s room and tax for each room reserved. Your credit card WILL NOT BE CHARGED during this initial stage and will be held as a guarantee only.

Acknowledgments
IMN Solutions will send reservation acknowledgements within 24 hours via email if booked online or by telephone. If you do not receive your acknowledgement in this time frame, please contact IMN Solutions. You will not receive written confirmation from the hotel. Confirmations from the hotel will be emailed approximately two weeks prior to the competition dates.

Cancellations & Changes
Reservations cancelled after January 30, 2023, will be subject to a $50 processing fee.  Rooms cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the arrival date will be charged a $50 processing fee and a hotel penalty of one night’s room and tax.

Through February 20, 2023, changes and cancellations can be made online or by contacting IMN Solutions via email (nalphousing@imnsolutions.com).  After February 20, 2023, contact hotels directly to make changes and cancellations.
