Cancellation Policy

Substitutions are available at any time for no processing fee and must be submitted in writing to the registration department at lisaw@landscapeprofessionals.org. To qualify for a full refund, minus a $75 processing fee, written cancellations must be received by NALP no later than December 12, 2018. After December 12, 2018 no refunds will be given.
