Attendee Release from Liability
EACH ATTENDEE, SPONSOR, REGISTRANT, PARTICIPANT, HIRED SERVICE PROVIDER, VOLUNTEER OR BOARD MEMBER [COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS ATTENDEE] IS voluntarily participating in the National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP)’s Leaders Forum (“The Meeting.”). In the event due to COVID-19 or any other reason the Meeting is cancelled or attendance at the Meeting is limited, NALP, its members, directors, offices, employees, independent contractors and affiliates shall be released of all claims, actions, losses, liabilities, expenses, damages, and/or judgments including litigations costs and attorney’s fees which arise or result from attendees involvement with, and/or participation in the Meeting. ATTENDEE acknowledges and assumes the risks, hazards, and dangers associated with participation in the Meeting and the transmission of COVID-19. Attendee expressly agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NALP, for any damage to property, personal injury or even death, and/or any other damages arising from injury, incapacity or even death related to, the COVID-19 pandemic and participation in the Meeting.
