Workforce Summit

The landscape industry is experiencing a workforce crisis. No amount of action from any individual company will solve this problem. It is time for industry professionals to work together to identify solutions to this crippling challenge. The competition is no longer the landscape contractor down the street but employers from other industries that are upping the ante to attract the talent they need. The landscape industry needs to confront long-standing assumptions and break the mold of tried and true hiring and work practices.

National Collegiate Landscape Competition

The National Collegiate Landscape Competition is an annual three-day powerhouse event which brings together the top landscape and horticulture students, top industry companies and dozens of the biggest industry manufacturers and suppliers. Each year more than 700 students from two- and four-year colleges demonstrate their skills in real-world, competitive events and network with top companies at the largest Career Fair in the industry.

Legislative Days

NALP works year-round with members of congress and the administration representing your professional interests, However, in today’s political world that is simply not enough. Your voice carries the most weight with politicians. Join your peers - learn more about the issues that impact your business and come together on Capitol Hill to make sure our industry's issues are heard.

Renewal & Remembrance

Join us for the largest service event in the industry – Renewal & Remembrance. Help us honor America’s veterans by lending your professional skills, side by side with your peers, to care for and beautify one of our nation’s most hallowed places – Arlington National Cemetery.

NALP Field Trip

The NALP Field Trip with Marty Grunder and Frank Mariani is part facility tour and part education and discussion sessions. And that adds up to some powerful takeaways that could just possibly change your business model. In a different location every year, you'll tour a leading landscape operation and you'll discuss strategy with your peers in the education sessions.
