Springboard Business Coaching
Bill specializes in coaching the owners of 7-figure landscaping companies who have grown their businesses by trying to do everything and make every decision and now that “I do everything” management style is no longer working. By trying to do everything, they’ve become the bottleneck in their business that’s holding their businesses back. Bill has taken what he's learned about running large companies from his 25-years in senior management at Marriott, CIGNA and other corporations and uses it to help his clients run their businesses like the CEO of a major corporation. The result is a growing, profitable business that can thrive without them.
