Peer Groups

Would you like to have a team of coaches for your business?  Sounds great, right? That’s really what a Peer Group is all about. Professionally matched and facilitated, our Peer Groups bring together CEOs and executives who want to share their business challenges, look for solutions and hold each other accountable.

What’s the Peer Group Experience All About?

  • The group. You’ll be matched with and form trusting relationships with 6-8 of your counterparts from non-competitive companies that provide similar services.
  • Meetings. You’ll have calls, in person meetings (2-4 a year), guest speakers and custom agendas that ensure that each member of the group moves toward their personal business goals.
  • Sharing. Members open their books and their operational details (in strict confidence) to help others learn. Experts highlight strategies and paths for growth and change.
  • Accountability. Group members track, measure and benchmark progress and hold each other accountable to reach their goals.
  • Feedback. Get feedback on your strategies and operations from the group, from experts and facilitators.

What People Are Saying...

I have been part of Bruce Wilson's Higher Ground peer group and the reasons that I've found peer groups to be so valuable are that they provide you with the opportunity to benchmark your company against other companies in the group; they hold all members accountable to other owners in the group by making commitments at each meeting on certain goals; and they allow you to network with other landscape professionals and owners of well-run companies."
