Make sure each attendee starts the day off right. As part of registration, breakfast for each attendee is included on Monday. (Note: this does not include the Breakfast with Champions upgrade.) Attendees not attending Breakfast with Champions will be given vouchers to be used towards the purchase breakfast at certain Gaylord outlets on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Session Breaks/ Coffee at Registration — $17,500
“Coffee, Coffee and More Coffee” is what attendees say they want at conferences. Be the hero and sponsor the Coffee and Session Break areas outside the exhibit hall. There will be continuous coffee service at registration as well as break areas set in the education session area. Here’s your chance to have your brand in front of attendees at the stations. We will have signage indicating “Station Sponsored by (Logo) in booth ……” You may also provide imprinted napkins and cups for the stations.
Educational Session Track Sponsorship (MULTIPLE AVAILABLE) — $15,000/Track
ELEVATE will offer sessions in various tracks. Each track is open to exclusive sponsorship.
- Logos – Logo and/or Name will be where the sponsored track is mentioned.
- Pre-event communication – There will be eblasts as well as print ads promoting ELEVATE. Where we mention the session track, the logo and/or name will appear
- Speaking opportunities (introductions)* - 8-9 sessions per track are being planned and a sponsor representative will have the opportunity to welcome everyone to the session and either introduce the speakers or the individual who will introduce the speakers
- Logo on walk-in slides in the track Sessions
- Excel file of session attendees (the list will include attendee names, company names, mailing addresses, and phone numbers AND email address for those that "opt in" during the registration process)
Track 1: Customer Experience Track

You’ll learn successful strategies to find, onboard new team members, and hear case studies on company culture and employee development programs that lead to high rates of retention and employee happiness. Education sessions will delve into human resources, legal, training, and team management approaches that you can implement at your company, leading to more motivated employees and a better bottom line.
Track 3: Business Excellence
The Business Excellence track provides a roadmap for landscape and lawn care companies to grow more profitable businesses through better sales, marketing, financial and tax management practices. Real-world examples will help you develop better strategies for company growth or the adoption of different business lines. Measurement is critical to business success including choosing the right KPIs, calculating ROI, and understanding the health of your company. Thinking about the future, including exit strategies and succession planning are part of the business-focused line-up.
Track 4: Operational Excellence
The Operational Excellence track shares case studies that help landscape and lawn care companies improve equipment and personnel safety at all levels, ensure accurate reporting, handle workers’ compensation claims, and understand how regulations impact operations. Improving workflows, estimating, and bidding, purchasing, scheduling, and fleet management are all critical parts of operational excellence. Education sessions will share insights into the future including new technologies, dealing with supply chain issues, and learning how to adapt to changing economic forces.
