At NALP, the health and safety of our LANDSCAPES 2021 attendees, Partners and NALP Staff has always been, and always will be, our top priority. COVID-19 has changed every facet of our world and the way we do business and we are mindful of the fluid situation with travel and social distancing restrictions. We are monitoring guidance from the CDC and state and local health agencies as it relates to COVID-19. We are also continually monitoring the Governor's Orders for indoor and outdoor events. If there are changes to our conference plans, we'll announce those as soon as possible.

At the Omni Louisville Hotel (where LANDSCAPES 2021 will be held) they have updated their already thorough cleaning guidelines and implemented additional processes and procedures to ensure guests health, safety and comfort as part of the new “Omni Safe & Clean” initiative. At every Omni hotel and resort, guests can expect to see the following standards implemented allowing Omni associates to provide exceptional service in a safe environment. The Omni Safe & Clean initiative follows the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and each individual Omni location will adhere to local and/or federal mandates. Protocols and guidelines from these authorities are expected to evolve, and as such, so will Omni’s processes and procedures. Similarly, these guidelines meet or exceed the “Stay Safe” initiative set forth by the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA).

NALP and the Omni Louisville Hotel are confident in our ability to welcome you safely back to LANDSCAPES 2021 in Louisville, KY.
