Airport Transportation

Rideshare vehicles and taxis are available and recommended if you are flying into Charlottesville. If you are planning to drive to Charlottesville from another airport you can rent a car onsite at the airport, but you will want to book ahead of time to ensure you have a vehicle reserved. Here are some options:

If you prefer to be driven, we recommend pre-arranging round-trip airport transportation with a local company rather than finding a taxi or ride share at the airport as pricing and availability can vary. Participants arriving at the same airport/similar time frame can book together to save on cost (round trip prices range from $200 – 500 USD depending on airport location and size of vehicle). We recommend the following companies:


Cancellation Policy

This program’s registration fee is non-refundable. Substitutions are available at any time with no processing fee. Please email NALP Executive Leadership Program with your substitution request.  If you have questions, please reach out to Kim McCrossen, Director, Education in advance of registering for the NALP Executive Leadership Program.
