ICW Guidelines

In our ongoing commitment to fostering a secure and reputable environment for all our stakeholders, NALP is implementing an official policy and registration process for all events associated with or deemed “in conjunction with” ELEVATE. This decision is motivated by the imperative to safeguard the brand integrity of NALP and ELEVATE, and the brand equity and substantial investments of our key stakeholders. 

NALP requires all organizations that wish to hold functions in any location within the same metropolitan area as ELEVATE to register their event and receive NALP approval prior to promotion and implementation of the function. We strongly recommend that organizations do not contract meeting space directly with venues until they have received approval from NALP to hold an event during ELEVATE.

There is no fee but the event must be approved by NALP and an agreement with a participating hotel or the Charlotte Convention Center will be required. Industry suppliers must be exhibiting at ELEVATE in order to host an event.
