*One-day registration (exclusively for NALP contractor members) includes single-day access to all ELEVATE educational sessions, ELEVATE networking events (with the exception of ticketed events and the Closing Party at Universal Studios) and the ELEVATE Expo.

Ticketed Events

You may add any of these ticketed events on to your ELEVATE registration. There is a limit of one ticket per event per registered attendee. If you've purchased a *one-day registration, you can only purchase tickets for events that occur on the same day as your registration.

Suppliers/Consultants 

Member and non-member suppliers are encouraged to exhibit at ELEVATE. Exhibit space comes with a minimum of two free registrations. After you book your exhibit space, you'll receive information about registering your team members. If you want to attend ELEVATE without exhibiting, please contact our exhibit team  to learn more about non-exhibitor supplier/consultant pricing.

Payment Methods & Hotel Information

NALP accepts all major credit cards. If you prefer to pay by check, please contact NALP Events . After you register you will receive a confirmation receipt email, and you'll also receive a separate email containing information on how to make your hotel arrangements.

Cancellation & Substitution Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, please send an email to NALP Events.  For ALL registration fees, including ticketed events: Cancellations received by September 1st will receive a full refund, less the $150 administrative fee for each registration. After September 1st, no refunds will be given. Note that if you have changes in staffing, you may substitute attendee names at any time. To do so, please send an email to NALP Events

Consent Clause

Registration and attendance at, or participation in ELEVATE constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes, including but not limited to the venue, the host city, and the host CVB.

Special Requirements

NALP wishes to ensure that no individual with a disability or special needs is excluded, denied services, segregated, or otherwise treated differently from other individuals because of the absence of auxiliary aids and services. Attendees may request auxiliary aids or services or indicate dietary restrictions when registering. If you have additional information you would like to provide to the events team regarding your needs, please send an email to NALP Events.

General Attendance Policy

ELEVATE is a private conference and trade show owned and managed by the National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP). Only employees or bona-fide representatives of entities engaged in landscape management, installation, design build, lawn care, irrigation & water management and interior plantscaping are eligible to attend. Students, groundskeepers/facility managers, employees of a non-profit organization, NALP supplier members and pre-approved guests are also eligible to attend.  Non-members of NALP that provide product/services for end use to any of the above are not eligible to attend ELEVATE but may exhibit. NALP reserves the right to refuse admittance to any registrant.   

Product/service demonstration or solicitation of business, including but not limited to literature distribution by non-exhibitors or exhibitors outside of their contracted exhibit space or in any NALP contracted facility is strictly prohibited.* 

NALP has the sole discretion and right to deny registration and/or immediately remove violator(s) from Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center and revoke show credentials from violator(s) without prior notice or hearing or refund.  NALP may also, at its sole discretion, bar any violator(s) from future shows.  Children under 16 years of age are not permitted in the exhibit hall. 

*Bona-fide show exhibitors are authorized and encouraged (upon written approval of NALP) to hold hospitality events at Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center or other venues during non-show hours. 

Attendee Registration: 

To be eligible to register you must be actively engaged in landscape management, installation, design build, lawn care, irrigation & water management, interior plantscaping, student, groundskeeper/facility manager, non-profit entity, NALP supplier member and pre-approved guests.  NALP non-member Suppliers are not eligible.
