Enrolling in the Landscape Management Apprenticeship Program is a smart move to help attract and retain employees. Apprenticeships are a particularly sought-after opportunity for high school students that aren’t pursuing college after graduation. They are attractive to veterans looking for new careers following active duty service. And these earn and learn programs offer career changers the opportunity to master new skills while being paid.
